Here is how it currently sits

Hoping to get back into this soon

Hi Andrew
Nice looking kit. Your build skills are so neat and tidy too! Looking forward to seeing it getting painted.
Thanks for sharing.
Richard.

Thanks. I try to keep construction as clean as possible. I'll often sand around areas I have glued with a 800 grit sandpaper to remove any excess glue marks

Nice, I have one in progress as well...
This thread should give me some motivation to get on with it... :)

Have made a little progress with this one, but no pics.

Have sanded all the wheels, cleaning up the seam for joining the wheel halves together

Nice Andrew, this kit is a joy to build.
Shame Tamiya do not make the petrol truck like the Italeri kit, I'd be keen on building that also.

Thanks guys

Yeah, I'm surprised Tamiya didn't pop any other versions out from the moulds. Not a fan of Italeri kits. I have in the past kitbashed Italeri kit bits onto better detailed Tamiya kits

Update time. Ready for paint :woohoo:

Nice!

The next victim I have lined up to try and re-spark the ol' mojo is the 1/35 AFV Club Bussing Nag LS4500. Been trying to start if for over a week now

Nice work, I like the hood bows, gives it character.
Is your body still loose for painting?
Mine is being built without them... as per the Kiwi Korean war photo...

Thanks guys

The body is still loose for painting. Cab, wheels, cargo tray and chassis are all separate

I have the Ding Hao Hobby boxing of the L4500S, with the AFV Club EMC mines and Kreigsmarine resin figure. Want to do a dual build Simon? lol
