Dave aka Moeggo is the man to ask, he works for Wingnut Wings the premier producer of WWI replica model aircraft kits (how was that for advertising Dave? :D )

Nice Plug there Gary!

With rigging at Wingnut Wings, we use two items on our builds, 'Knit in Elastic - Pyjama Cord' (www.sullivans.net/proddetail.asp?ProdCode=86000) for the RAF streamline flying wires Your local handcraft store may carry this product or something like it. And then EZ Line for the rest of the control lines etc.. (misc.kitreview.com/tools/ezlinereviewbg_1.htm).
