What should Grant build next? was created by Grant
So I should be out of hospital today, and I'll be off work for the next 8 weeks recuperating. I think it's time to tackle one of the big kits lurking in in the stash. :cheer:

The choices are:

1/32 Revell Heinkel He-111
1/32 Revell Junkers Ju-88
1/32 Trumpeter Mig-29
1/32 Trumpeter Sukhoi Flanker
1/24 Airfix Harrier Gr.3

The Flanker and Heinkel are two of my favourite ever aircraft, so I'm edging toward one of them. They both look suitably challenging too. :)

Flanker! Rhymes with Www..... Banker

And 1/32!! Do we need to start a fund to help you extend your house to accommodate it?

I'd go with the BIG Harrier, not a great kit, but impressive as h*ll when it's done !! - Just a pair of drop-tanks and (VERY cool) wrap-around camo.... Yeah, go-on you know you want to.

Very tempted. The upsides are that it is a simple kit and that camo will be awesome fun. Potential downsides are the fit and filling. I'll be yreating it as a fun build though.

Voting is evenly split. This isn't helping.

I'm a ww2 fan and i like the JU 88 more than the HE 111 so that got my vote.

Hard choice as they are all cool subjects, but I'm going for the Ju-88 as well ;)

I've made up my mind and retrieved the kit from the cupboard. It has green and grey wraparound camo. :woohoo:

Its never been equaled has it. Amazing plane. I'd love to buy the III as there are a couple going cheap, but having masked the 1:48 canopy I'm not sure I'd cope. Or perhaps it would be easier in a larger scale, anyway, do the Harrier just for fun.

Just added my vote towards the Mig-29 because I can't remember ever seeing one on here.
