Their eagle kits are supposed to be pretty good, now that they have ironed out the original shape issues (which they completely redid the molds and supplied replacement parts to everyone who had the kit with the wrong parts).
There is speculation (and that is all it is) that this may be somewhat involved with AMK's tomcat, as the two companies have worked together in the past. There isn't a lot different between an A and D tomcat (as shown by the tamiya tomcat) so it is entirely possible they have announced it now since AMK's kit is now going to production and they may be seeing if they can leverage of GWH's good name. But who knows. I think this may be partly based on similarities with the CAD shots to the AMK ones but who knows. Until we see sprue shots there will be no way of knowing for certain. The onyl selling point over the superlative tamiya kit might be price but TBH I don't feel that it will be cheaper by enough to beat the tamiya tomcat.
