I suspect the configuration of Trent's aircraft is best guesswork, although it is the configuration that I would use based on the many hours of research I have done on Liberator GR.V's and Trent's aircraft. Both the chin radar and retractable radar variants of the GR.V were manufactured together on the same production line in no particular separation by construction number or serial number. I'm sure a maintenance unit record would state the exact configuration but no-one has come up with one yet. The aircraft was lost on its first mission and no photos have ever popped up in the past of it. Hopefully Eduard research was able to come up with some new evidence on this one? Did you see anything in the booklet that goes with the kit Gary?
